榨菜肉丝面

Ingredients:

  • 猪肉丝 - basically pork cut into small strips, not minced but 1/2” by 1” strips
  • 榨菜
  • 料酒
  • 生抽
  • corn starch
  • salt
  • sugar
  • maybe some bamboo
  • maybe an egg
  • Chinese noodles

First: marinate the pork. Put it in a bowl with some 生抽. Add some salt, add some corn starch, mix it all up by hand. Put some oil on top and set it aside for 10 mins.

Boil water: some in a kettle, some in a pot for noodles.

Now, in a wok, add some oil + the pork. Fry it up and add about an equivalent amount of 榨菜. Stir. Add sugar, add a bit more salt. Fry it up until the pork is nice and brown, then add hot water from the kettle.

Boil the noodles. Let the pork/榨菜 mix boil on the side.

Put the noodles into your bowl. Pour the soup into the bowl. Chop up some scallions at the end and it’s done!
